Vegan Caprese Salad Recipe


Ingredients:
For the Salad:
4 large tomatoes, sliced
1 pound (about 450g) firm tofu or vegan mozzarella, sliced
Fresh basil leaves
Balsamic glaze for drizzling
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Arrange tomato and tofu or vegan mozzarella slices on a serving platter, alternating them.
Place fresh basil leaves between the tomato and tofu slices.
Drizzle with balsamic glaze.
Sprinkle it with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve and enjoy your Vegan Caprese Salad!
Non-Vegan Alternative:
If you prefer a non-vegan version, you can replace the tofu or vegan mozzarella with 1 pound (about 450g) sliced fresh mozzarella. Adjust the quantities based on your preferences.
