Vegan Caprese Skewers Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes

  • 1 block of vegan mozzarella, cut into small cubes

  • Fresh basil leaves

  • Balsamic glaze for drizzling

  • Wooden skewers

Instructions:

  • Rinse the cherry tomatoes and pat them dry.

  • Cut the vegan mozzarella into bite-sized cubes.

  • Take a wooden skewer and thread on a cherry tomato, followed by a basil leaf, and then a cube of vegan mozzarella. Repeat until the skewer is filled, leaving a bit of space at each end.

  • Repeat the process with the remaining ingredients.

  • Arrange the skewers on a serving platter.

  • Just before serving, drizzle balsamic glaze over the skewers.

  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Non-Vegan Alternative:

If you prefer a non-vegan version, you can use regular fresh mozzarella instead of vegan mozzarella.
