Vegan Caprese Skewers Recipe


Ingredients:
1 pint cherry tomatoes
1 block of vegan mozzarella, cut into small cubes
Fresh basil leaves
Balsamic glaze for drizzling
Wooden skewers
Instructions:
Rinse the cherry tomatoes and pat them dry.
Cut the vegan mozzarella into bite-sized cubes.
Take a wooden skewer and thread on a cherry tomato, followed by a basil leaf, and then a cube of vegan mozzarella. Repeat until the skewer is filled, leaving a bit of space at each end.
Repeat the process with the remaining ingredients.
Arrange the skewers on a serving platter.
Just before serving, drizzle balsamic glaze over the skewers.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
Non-Vegan Alternative:
If you prefer a non-vegan version, you can use regular fresh mozzarella instead of vegan mozzarella.
