Vegan Waldorf Salad Recipe


Ingredients:
For the Salad:
3 cups mixed greens (lettuce, spinach, arugula)
2 apples, diced
1 cup red seedless grapes, halved
1 cup celery, chopped
1 cup walnuts, chopped
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup vegan mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon maple syrup
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
In a large salad bowl, combine mixed greens, diced apples, grapes, celery, walnuts, and dried cranberries.
In a small bowl, whisk together vegan mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, maple syrup, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss until well coated.
Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
Serve and enjoy your Vegan Waldorf Salad!
Non-Vegan Alternative:
Follow the same instructions as the Vegan Cobb Salad recipe, replacing vegan ingredients with non-vegan alternatives. Adjust the quantities based on your preferences.
